Lots of light, safe access to the roof

The FAKRO step-out skylight combines the excellent thermal properties and light incidence of a pivoting skylight with easy and safe access to the roof. Ideal for maintenance or during an inspection. This is possible for the flat roof (in combination with the flat roof curb EFW) as the pitched roof. The skylight opens sideways to 90º and is fitted with a gas spring mechanism.

Skylight types
The step-out skylight is available as one product where you choose which side you want the handle on (seen from the inside): 

• handle left | FWP_L or FWU_L
• handle right | FWP_R or FWU_R

The exit skylight is available in two variants: clear coated wood (FWP) and white coated wood (FWU). Choose what best suits your housing needs.
